Do you supply individual systems or only complete systems?
Both. elaman supplies systems individually or brings them together into a complete system. The task decides what makes sense.
Do you also support systems from other suppliers?
Yes. If a technical problem arises during operation, we work with your team to find its cause and a solution, including for systems not supplied by elaman.
Who does elaman work for?
Exclusively for state security and law enforcement authorities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
How does a collaboration begin?
With a conversation about the task: what the system must do, where it will be used and what is already in place. The result is a requirements profile that guides every later decision.
Do you offer training?
Yes. We train the teams on the finished system and remain the technical point of contact afterwards, for questions as well as for extensions.
How long do you look after a system?
For as long as it is in use. For us, a project does not end at commissioning.
